MEDICOVI A40 insoles are designed to adapt to the shape, size and movement of your feet. They work in tandem with your muscles and tendons to improve balance, posture and support. And when they’re worn correctly, they can deliver long-term pain relief.
However, to enjoy all the benefits of our water-filled insoles, you will need to ensure your preferred insole is exactly the right size.
Thanks to our size guide, choosing the perfect insole for your needs is quick and easy:
1. Place a piece of paper that’s larger than your feet on the floor and against a wall.
2. For the best results, remove your shoes but keep your socks on.
3. Stand on the paper with your heel to the wall, and draw around your foot.
4. Make sure the paper and your heels are touching the wall throughout the process.
5. Draw a straight line on the very top of your longest toe.
6. Use a ruler to measure the distance between the edge of the paper (where your heels were) and the line at the tip of your longest toe.

1. How long will my Medicovi insoles last?
If you bought the right size, there’s no reason why your Medicovi insoles shouldn’t deliver several years of faithful, foot-supporting service. However, this depends on how and how often you use
them. The manufacturer has set a minimum shelf life of 8 months for the water capsule. As orthopedic insoles are Medicovi's consumables that wear out, we recommend replacing the insoles with new ones every six months.
2. What is the difference between classic orthopedic insoles and Medicovi insoles?
Medicovi orthopedic insoles work on exactly the opposite principle as classic insoles with a raised arch part, which function as an orthosis and fix the foot in an unnatural position, when the muscles and tendons in the foot lose their elasticity and elasticity, their damage occurs and subsequently pain.
